Westfield Library Foundation to host Pickleball Tournament

THE REPORTER

The Westfield Library Foundation will host a Pickleball Tournament on Thursday, Aug. 17 at the Bridgewater Club in Westfield. Organizers hope to raise $40,000 in support of the Westfield Washington Public Library.

“We are very excited to host what we hope will become an annual tournament,” says Erin Downey, executive director of the Westfield Library Foundation. “Pickleball is so popular we thought a fundraising event built around a tournament would be something new and fun for our community.”
