Get ready for the return of Carmel’s most anticipated summer tradition! CarmelFest 2025 presented by Republic Airways, the City’s premier two-day festival celebrating the 4th of July, is set to light up Civic Square and Carter Green on Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4.

This beloved annual event, organized by the Rotary Club of Carmel, promises a patriotic extravaganza for tens of thousands of attendees, featuring live entertainment on two stages, family-friendly activities, all of the favorite food and beverage vendors, an Independence Day parade and a spectacular fireworks grand finale.

Thursday, July 3

  • Festival hours: 1 to 10 p.m.

Friday, July 4

The Allied Solutions CarmelFest Parade begins at 10:30 a.m.; roads close at 9 a.m. Below are a few important things to know before you head to the parade:

  • The reserved ADA parking and viewing area will be located at the southwest corner of Main Street and Range Line Road.
  • The area in front of Flanner & Buchanan on Carmel Drive will be reserved for parade staff. Any chairs or items in this reserved area will be removed.
  • Livestream coverage of the parade will begin at 10 a.m. at this link, or head to Midtown Plaza and watch on the big screen.

Festival Hours: noon to 10 p.m.

Fireworks: 9:45 to 10:15 p.m.

This year’s fireworks show will be synchronized with music on WHJE 91.3. To enjoy this immersive experience to the fullest extent, it is recommended to listen to the music via a radio.

Tom Wood KidsZone

KidsZone, sponsored this year by Tom Wood Auto Group, is a vibrant and exciting area located south of City Hall, offering a variety of mechanical rides and engaging activities tailored for kids of all ages including a new mini race track.
