Conner Place is a 15-year-old Noblesville High School sophomore who has just launched his first business and is already seeing it grow. CP Detailing is an auto detailing service Place launched in April.

Place said he was inspired by his friend and fellow entrepreneur, Michael Corlew, a Noblesville High School junior who also runs a small business.

“I really like cars, so I did some research on detailing, and one person reached out on Facebook saying they want their car detailed, and that’s kind of how it sparked,” Place told The Reporter. “And since then, I’ve been getting a bunch of people and a bunch of cars cleaned.”

Place said he has a steady business of two or three cars each week, but he did not anticipate the power of advertising.

“I did an advertisement on Facebook,” Place said. “That week I did a bunch of cars, but usually it’s about two or three.”

Prices for CP Detailing vary according to the type of vehicle and the level of cleaning you want. Prices start around $50 for a basic cleaning and go up to $120 for a full detail, including interior and exterior cleaning, carpet cleaning, shining the wheels, and waxing the vehicle.

If you’d like your vehicle detailed by this young businessman, you can send him a message through Facebook messenger. His Facebook page is facebook.com/conner.place.7.
