With deputy mayors like this, who needs Finkam?

Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam had a fantastic Deputy Mayor on Monday night. David Bukovac was dressed to the nines and delivered a report to the council about recent city activities, including creating a new Chief Infrastructure Officer position over streets, engineering, water, and sewer. According to Finkam, the new position, filled by Jeremy Cashman, will help the city better manage its long-term capital asset plan and also improve communication and efficiency between departments.
