Wing Snob, a fast-growing chicken wing franchise known for its fresh, made-to-order wings and extensive lineup of sauces and dry rubs, has opened its first Noblesville restaurant at 11150 E. 146th St., bringing a new dining option to Hamilton County.

The restaurant is operated by Indiana-based JHN Group, which has experience operating businesses throughout the Indianapolis area. The Noblesville opening marks the beginning of the group’s plans to expand Wing Snob throughout the greater Indianapolis market, with five additional restaurants planned for the area.

For the local ownership team, becoming part of the communities it serves is an important piece of that growth. To celebrate the Noblesville opening, the restaurant is hosting a fundraiser this week benefiting Fishers High School and Hamilton Southeastern High School.

Throughout the fundraiser, 20 percent of the sales generated through each school’s fundraising box will be donated back to that school. To add some friendly competition, the school that generates the most support will receive an additional $1,000 donation.

The fundraiser is designed to be the first of many opportunities for the restaurant to connect with its neighbors, with the local team planning to continue supporting area schools, sports teams, organizations, and community events as Wing Snob establishes roots in Central Indiana.
