William “Wild Bill” Tiedema, AKA Mr. Hollywood, Cicero, passed away on September 20 at his home surrounded by his immediate family. William was born on November 17, 1932 in Chicago, Ill.
He served in the National Guard for 10 years before working at General Electric until his retirement. He enjoyed taking long walks, doing the polka, and socializing.
William is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn; son, Albert; and daughter, Nancy. He is survived by his daughter, Louise Cavanaugh; son, William Tiedema; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will have a private memorial service.
