Westfield Mayor Scott Willis announced his first town hall will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21 at Wood Wind Golf Club, 2302 W. 161st St.
This event will provide an opportunity for residents to connect with Mayor Willis and learn more about the vision for the future of Westfield as part of his on-going community engagement efforts.
This town hall aims to foster an open dialogue, allowing citizens to gain insights into the mayor’s plans and initiatives for the city. Residents are encouraged to actively participate by asking questions, sharing concerns, and engaging in discussions that will contribute to the continued growth of Westfield.
“Transparency and open communication are one of the main pillars of my administration in advancing Westfield,” Willis said. “We believe that an informed and engaged community is extremely important and just as I did when I was on city council, I will continue to host town hall events. The only difference you will see is that now we are moving them throughout various parts of the city.”
