Volunteers needed

Volunteers are needed to help with the Westfield Farmers Market.

Click here to access the Volunteer Interest Form.

Volunteers are welcome to dress casually at the Market. A name tag will be provided for you to wear while volunteering at the event. Volunteers should shop before or after their shift so that your full attention can be dedicated to helping during the Market. Questions about volunteering should be sent to markets@westfieldchamberindy.com.

Live music

Each week the Westfield Farmers Market features live music from some of the Indianapolis area’s best and brightest. This week features Benito DiBartoli. Come out and enjoy a beautiful evening in the Grand Junction Plaza. All the music events are free and open to the public.

Pet-friendly Market

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you at the Westfield Market. If you plan to bring your four-legged pal, please review the following dog guidelines to help visitors have a safe and enjoyable market experience. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Dogs must be comfortable around crowds and other dogs to shop at the market.
  • Dogs must be short-leashed with leash in hand, well-mannered, and by your side at all times.
  • Dogs must be kept away from products, plants, and other market/vendor fixtures – both head and tail ends.
  • Any damages caused by a dog (such as marking of product, tent poles, weights, or other fixtures) will be the responsibility of the dog owner and may include the costs associated with the replacement or cleaning of the damaged item.
  • Dogs must be taken off site for potty breaks, and all waste must be picked up and properly disposed.

About the Market

The Westfield Summer Farmers Market and Winter Market are managed and operated by the Downtown Westfield Association. Interested in volunteering at the Market or have an idea or question? You can reach the Market Manager Nick Stepaniak at markets@westfieldchamberindy.com.

The Market would not be possible without the support of the City of Westfield, the Westfield Welcome Department, and the Parks & Trails Department – especially the city staff from those departments who help support the weekly market.
