The Westfield boys lacrosse team toughed out a win at Brebeuf Jesuit 9-8 on Wednesday.
Theo Dager scored three goals for the Shamrocks, followed by Owen Foreman, Zach Lunsford and Sam Meyers with two goals each. Lucas Smaagaard dished out two assists, while Jackson Gilbert, Dager and Meyers all had one.
Lunsford was dominant on ground balls, scooping up 11. Tyler Brown had five ground balls, Hunter Jones had four, and Foreman and Dager both collected three.
Westfield is 3-1 and plays tonight at Park Tudor.
