Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation
The award-winning Parks & Recreation department is hiring more than 200 positions for the summer season. Opportunities include:
- Lifeguards, summer camp counselors, member services associates, food services and outdoor parks workers
- CCPR is currently offering a referral bonus and a returning employee bonus for people who have worked with them before and would like to return for the summer.

- Part-time and seasonal laborers are paid $17 per hour.
- Weekly hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with Saturday and Sunday positions available as well.
