In an all-county and Hoosier Crossroads Conference volleyball showdown, Fishers swept Noblesville 25-21, 25-15, 25-16 at the Tiger Den.
Mallory Hernandez hit 17 kills for the Tigers, with Audrey Haworth putting down 16. Rose Duffy dished out 36 assists, giving her 305 for the season.
Libero Emma Rosenberg’s 14 digs took her over the 100 dig mark for the year. Duffy had 10 digs and led the Fishers blocking with three blocks. Elizabeth Weeks made 2.5 blocks and Haley Soper had 1.5.
Hamilton Heights swept Lewis Cass 25-14, 25-8, 25-21 in a Thursday Hoosier Conference match.
Hannah Crist hit three kills and served three aces. Ana Collar handed out five assists to go with three digs, two aces and one kill. Tori Hayden had five kills, two blocks, one dig and one ace.
Westfield was swept by Zionsville, the No. 1 ranked team in the state, 25-15, 25-23, 25-21 on Thursday in an HCC match.
The Shamrocks were led by Kinsey McAfee with 12 kills, Hillary Muntel with one solo block and two assists, Bailey Mendler with eight aces, and Claire Hindman with seven digs. Caroline Sinicki finished with 22 assists.
Hamilton Southeastern was swept by Avon 25-17, 25-16, 25-17 in a Thursday HCC match.
The Royals were led by Bria King with eight kills and Julia Patras with six kills. Ava Bacon handed out 14 assists, with Carly Mills making 14 digs.
Southeastern is now 7-5 for the season.
University defeated Northpoint Homeschool in four sets on Wednesday, 25-16, 25-11, 15-25, 26-24.
Senior Clare Little led the Trailblazers to victory with 10 unanswered service points in the last set and a solid defensive game.
