The conservative Hamilton County crowd was out in force for a variety of events Friday night before the 2022 Indiana Republican Party State Convention.
On Saturday, Hamilton County delegates gathered with others from across the state to nominate candidates for several offices in the upcoming November midterm election. One surprising result was that Diego Morales beat Holli Sullivan as the GOP pick for Indiana’s Secretary of State. Other winners of note include Tera Klutz for Auditor of State and Daniel Elliott for Treasurer of State.
