Tony Jay Gemmill, 54, Noblesville, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025, at his home. He was born on May 20, 1970, to Robert and JoAnn (Herendeen) Gemmill in Kendallville, Ind.
Tony studied science and education at Indiana University. He enjoyed chess, golf, and all sports, and was a big fan of the Minnesota Vikings and the Indiana Hoosiers. Tony liked classic cars and vacationing with his family in Myrtle Beach. He served as a co-leader of Boy Scout Troop 101 and a deacon at Refuge Christian Church.
Tony is survived by his wife, Shelly Gemmill; daughter, Lindsey (Adam) Reed; son, Logan (Anita) Gemmill; granddaughter, Ruth Reed; as well as a loving extended family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Todd Gemmill; and his sister, Teresa Gemmill.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., with services at 7 p.m., on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Rev. Stanley R. Sutton and Rev. Alston Geers will officiate. A private burial will follow.
