Time to “Think Spring” with Hamilton County Tourism, Soil & Water, Noblesville Creates

During February, Noblesville Creates welcomes Hamilton County Tourism and the Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District to the Stephenson House on the Noblesville Creates Campus for the Think Spring Showcase, an exhibit that showcases the beauty and diversity of Indiana’s native plants.

Stephenson House

Step out the darkness of winter into the bright glow of spring through the exhibit, Think Spring, by Hamilton County Tourism and the Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District. This exhibit features artwork that represents flowers native to Hamilton County, illuminating the often-overlooked beauty of local flora and fauna, and invites you to “Think Spring” and contemplate the significance of our native plants.

Think Spring sheds light on the threat posed by invasive plants to the county’s environmental and economic health. Featuring local artists, the exhibit promises a diverse range of artwork dedicated to native plants, from intricate illustrations to vibrant paintings.

Think Spring is educational and inspiring, celebrating the richness of the local ecosystem, fostering a deeper connection with nature, and calling to appreciate and preserve Indiana’s natural heritage.

The full Think Spring exhibit can be seen in the Stephenson House from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. You can meet the artists of this exhibit at their free public reception during the Noblesville Creates February First Friday event from 6 to 9 p.m. on Feb. 2 on the Noblesville Creates campus.

Meyer Najem
8th Street Artists 

See the full exhibit, All Together, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Meyer Najem 2nd floor gallery, located at 11787 Lantern Road in Fishers, now through March 29. You can meet the 8th Street Artists at their free public reception from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, March 8 at Meyer Najem.

The full exhibit, MY INDIANA, can be seen at Four Day Ray Brewing, located at 11671 Lantern Road in Fishers, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
