The Fishers girls basketball team finished third at the Rumble on the River Tournament Saturday at Southwestern Hanover.
In the semi-finals, the Tigers fell to Class 4A No. 7 North Harrison 58-50. Fishers started off strong, taking a 30-23 lead into halftime.North Harrison used a 25-point fourth quarter to pull away. The Tigers had balanced scoring with Toni Grace (14 points), Skylar Fulton (nine), and Kenedi London (eight) leading the way. Tamia Perryman had nine rebounds and London collected six.
Fishers beat Charlestown in the third-place game 61-36. The Tigers put the game out of reach by outscoring the Eagles 21-7 in the third quarter, dominating the rebounding and playing solid pressure half-court defense in the second half.
Fishers was led in scoring by Grace and London with 15 and 12 points respectively. Perryman had a good all-around game with seven rebounds, four assists and two blocked shots. Lydia Stullken pulled six rebounds.
The Tigers are now 10-8 on the season and are off until Jan. 12, when they host Brownsburg next.
