Tiffanie Ditlevson has officially submitted her resignation from the Hamilton East Public Library (HEPL) Board. This decision follows her recent election victory as she secured an At-large seat on the Fishers City Council.

Ditlevson penned her resignation letter to the Hamilton County Council, the body responsible for her appointment to the HEPL Board. In the letter, she expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve on the library board and highlighted her commitment to the community during her tenure.

Ditlevson will join incumbents Cecilia Coble and Todd Zimmerman on the Fishers City Council. She says her successful campaign is a testament to her dedication, vision, and the trust the community places in her leadership.

In her new role on the Fishers City Council, Ditlevson said she intends to bring the same level of professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility that she exhibited during her service on the HEPL Board. She says her focus on community well-being and her ability to navigate complex issues with a thoughtful and principled approach make her a valuable asset to the Fishers City Council.

“It has been an honor to serve on the Hamilton East Public Library Board, and I am immensely grateful for the support and collaboration with my fellow board members,” Ditlevson said. “As I transition to the Fishers City Council, I am excited to continue my commitment to public service, working tirelessly to address the needs of our community with dedication and transparency.”
