It’s the “year of the Sarah”! As we were building and brainstorming ideas for what our commemorative charm should look like this year, we thought what inspires peony lovers? What starts their love and affection for peonies? The Sarah Bernhardt peony is just that! A timeless and classic peony variety, and probably the most notable! She is one of the most popular varieties, instantly recognizable, and often the flower people picture when thinking of peonies. We wanted to honor her beauty both in and outside the garden!

Smith’s Jeweler’s has once again designed and created our annual commemorative charm in celebration of this year’s festival. The two-sided, sterling silver charm is available for pre-order along with necklace and bracelet starter pack options! Also, new this year– Smith’s will be offering a gold version of the Sarah Bernhardt charm and offering free personalization on the backside of the charm! Allowing a special touch for a special charm.

The Sarah charm will also be for sale at our ticketed Peonies in the Park event on May 15, and on Festival Day.
