The Westfield Youth Assistance Program (WYAP) announced a new attendance record at this year’s “The Double” walk/run, with more than 250 participants. The annual event, which took place last Saturday at Cool Creek Park, raises funds to support local youth services.

A first for the event this year was the addition of two bounce houses, which were a popular attraction for children. Arby’s provided a free breakfast for all race participants.

WYAP extended its gratitude to its sponsors, including The Farmers Bank, which not only sponsored the event but also assisted with race packet pickup.

Race results for “The Double” are available online at this link.
