The Noblesville boys tennis team, ranked No. 26 in the latest IHSTeCA poll, traveled to No. 13 Cathedral on Wednesday.
The Irish beat the Millers 4-1. Noblesville’s win came at No. 2 doubles, where Camden David and Caden David came back from dropping a 6-0 first set to claim the next two sets. The score was 0-6, 6-2, 7-6 (5).
No. 1 doubles Rory Bushong and Liam Shepard battled in their match before falling 7-5, 7-6 (2). Ethan Feliciano dropped a 6-0, 6-4 match at No. 1 singles, battling hard in the second set.

Westfield swept Lawrence North 5-0 in a Tuesday dual meet.
The Shamrocks only lost five games in the five matches, with No. 2 doubles Parker Paramoure and Jay Hostetter winning 6-0, 6-0. No. 2 singles Ben Jones and No. 1 doubles Jack Dietz and Gavin Dietz each won 6-1, 6-0, No. 1 singles Mitch Amenta got a 6-0, 6-1 victory, and No. 2 singles Ben Jones was a 6-1, 6-1 winner.
Westfield and Noblesville travel to Hamilton Southeastern today for the first round of the Hoosier Crossroads Conference tournament.
