Thanks to generous support from Duke Energy, the Nickel Plate Express is offering family rides on its Little Red Caboose this summer to the northern towns of Arcadia and Atlanta.
Each Friday evening in June, families can hop on the caboose for the Ice Cream Express to the Arcadia Depot. The train departs from Hobbs Station at Forest Park in Noblesville, and then riders disembark at the Arcadia Depot for an ice cream treat and a tour of the depot before returning to Hobbs Station. It’s a perfect way to spend a Friday evening as a family.
