Suttons to be honored for 47 years of Christian service

Pastor Stan Sutton and his wife Jan of Refuge Christian Church will soon retire after 47 years of service.

Pastor Sutton will give his final sermon as Refuge’s senior minister at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, at the church, located at 11772 E. 196^th St., Noblesville.

The Suttons have served Refuge Christian Church since 1977. The congregation wants you to help “pack the pews” on this special day of celebration, so if you have attended Refuge at any time in the last 47 years or if either Stan or Jan has ever had an impact on your life, please plan to join for this Sunday’s service.

A reception to honor Stan and Jan will follow in the Fellowship Hall immediately after the service. There will be a table for cards or gifts.
