Hamilton Southeastern girls basketball star Kayla Stidham has committed to Bowling Green State University.
Stidham, a senior-to-be for the Royals, made the announcement Tuesday with a post on X (formerly Twitter). She was an integral part of Southeastern’s regional championship team last season, averaging 10.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.
Stidham follows in the footsteps of her mother, Lisa Shepherd-Stidham, who played Division I basketball at Penn State. Shepherd-Stidham was a star at Richmond High School and was named Miss Basketball in 1997.
