The Indiana Republican Party State Dinner took place Thursday evening at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. In an unprecedented move for an open seat primary, Indiana GOP Chairman Kyle Hupfer announced the state party’s endorsement of Jim Banks for Senate, citing Rule 11.

Congressman and Republican U.S. Senate candidate Jim Banks gave the keynote address, and the program included a special presentation of the graduating 2023 cohort of the Indiana Republican Diversity Leadership Series. Bowie, Md., Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilwoman Roxy Ndebumadu provided remarks and presented graduation certificates to the cohort.
