The Westfield girls tennis team rolled to a 5-0 win over Noblesville Wednesday in a Hoosier Crossroads Conference match.
The No. 3-ranked Shamrocks only dropped four games in the five matches, including a 6-0, 6-0 victory for No. 1 singles Alexandra Grilliot. No. 2 singles Juliette Grilliot, No. 1 doubles Jenna Berry and Bella Rivera, and No. 2 doubles Isla Harvey and Ellen Volz were all 6-0, 6-1 winners. No. 3 singles Addi Kooi got a 6-1, 6-0 victory.
Westfield plays another HCC match today, hosting No. 6 Fishers.

Huskies baseball falls to Berries for conference split
The Hamilton Heights baseball team lost to Logansport 3-0 in a Wednesday away game, resulting in a Hoosier Conference split with the Berries.
Logansport scored runs in the first, fourth and fifth innings. The Berries held the Huskies to four hits; Dillon Pitts was 2-for-2, including a double. P.J. Wright and Cohen Boys both had one hit.
Heights is 5-9 and host Lawrence Central at 5:30 p.m. this afternoon.

Millers softball falls to Cathedral in big-hitting game
The Noblesville softball team dropped a 7-5 home game to Cathedral on Wednesday.
All of the runs were scored by home runs. The Millers took a 2-0 lead in the second inning after Maggie Kern hit a left field home run; Addi Emmerson also scored. The Irish hit a solo home run in the third inning, then followed a fourth-inning grand slam with another homer to take a 7-2 lead.
Noblesville’s Haley Schatko sent a three-run homer over the center field fence, which also brought home Reese Newsom and Emerson for her second run of the game. But Cathedral held on for the win.
Kern was 2-for-3 at the plate. Addison Retzinger pitched 3.2 innings, striking out three and allowing just one hit.
The Millers are 9-4 and host Pendleton Heights tonight.
