The Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is leading an effort to systematically address invasive species in the county.
This effort is a collaboration between Hamilton County, local municipalities and township trustees, non-profits and environmental groups, schools and parks departments, interested property owners, and the general public.
A planning meeting will take place from noon to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at the O.V. Winks Building at the 4-H Fairgrounds, 2003 Pleasant St., Noblesville. Anyone interested in learning more and participating in planning/organizational efforts is invited to join.
