Get ready to take to the skies at Indianapolis Executive Airport, 11329 E. State Road 32, Zionsville, for a one-of-a-kind celebration of aviation, history, and community.

Jet Access and the Commemorative Air Force – Indiana Wing proudly present Aviation Day and CAF Barnstorming Days, two exciting events happening simultaneously at the same location from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 14.

Aviation Day: a family-friendly adventure

Soar into fun with Aviation Day, a free, family-friendly open house designed to inspire future aviators and bring the community together for a full day of sky-high excitement.

• Start your day with a pancake breakfast from 9 to 10 a.m. for just $5 per person (cash or Venmo accepted).
• Enjoy interactive exhibits, aircraft displays, and a Kid Zone open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Meet pilots, explore aircraft, and learn more about the fascinating world of aviation.
• Admission is completely free.

Please note: This event does not include an acrobatic air show.

CAF Barnstorming Days: fly into history

As part of the day’s festivities, CAF Barnstorming Days returns – giving guests the rare chance to fly in one of five legendary World War II aircraft and experience the golden age of aviation firsthand.

Step into history and feel the roar of the engines aboard these historic warbirds:

• C-45 Expeditor
• T-6 Texan
• BT-13 Valiant
• PT-26 Cornell
• Stearman Biplane

Rides range from $150 to $450 and can be purchased online at indyexecbarnstormers.square.site.

• Passengers must be aged 12 and over and able to board independently.
• Ride proceeds help preserve this living museum and support veteran flights.
• Thanks to the generosity of FedEx, a portion of flights are provided free to veterans; veterans can apply at org/veterans.html. (Veteran rides are randomly selected from applications submitted.)
