SkyView Advisors has arranged the sale of Spring Valley Storage, a well-established self-storage facility located at 21335 State Road 19 in Cicero.
The transaction reflects continued investor demand for high-occupancy assets in supply-constrained suburban markets with clear rent-growth potential.
Spring Valley Storage totals 55,050 net rentable square feet across 390 units and was operating at approximately 99 percent physical occupancy at the time of sale. Originally built in 1992 and expanded in the early 2000s, the facility benefits from strong local demographics, no new self-storage developments within a five-mile radius, and meaningful upside as rental rates trend toward market levels.
The transaction was brokered by Hunter Sells and Keith McCoy of SkyView Advisors.
