Meijer & Hamilton County Harvest working together to serve
Now through Oct. 1, all you need to do is ‘Simply Give’ in order to support Hamilton County Harvest (HCH) Food Pantry.
When you donate $10 at the checkout counter at the Noblesville Meijer store, located at 17000 Mercantile Blvd., your donations are used to purchase food both at the store and also through Meijer corporate. A typical purchase of around $2,000 is made once every two weeks or so, and volunteers unpack, sort, and prepare the food for pantries and meal programs. The food is distributed to food pantries and meal programs who give to families and friends in need.
Through this partnership with Meijer, HCH purchases over 40 percent of its food needs year-round.
You can also donate directed to HCH online at hchfoodbank.org/online-giving. Your donations will be used by HCH on Double Match Day when purchasing food.
