SIHO Insurance Services, a leading provider-owned health plan administrator headquartered in Indiana, held its inaugural SIHO Summer Summit on Thursday at the Fishers Event Center, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth and increased presence in central Indiana. The event welcomed 145 attendees.
Thursday’s event featured:
- Keynote addresses by national speakers Dr. David Nash and Tom Koulopoulos, followed by book signings
- Panel discussion including representatives from SIHO owners Schneck Hospital, Deaconess Hospital, and Community Hospital to discuss why provider-owned health plans improve quality, cost, and access
- Panel discussion including representatives from Suburban Health Organization (SHO), TrestleTree, and Aambe to discuss innovative partnerships and solutions, talking through topics like the power of clinically integrated networks, impact of GLP-1s, and impacts of IT and data analytics on members
- Spotlight speaker by AuthenticX CEO and Founder Amy Brown to discuss what health plan members want providers to know about their experience and AI
- A fireside chat between SIHO CEO John Sadtler and Indiana Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders

This event occurred just one day after news broke of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce announcing its switch to SIHO Insurance Services as its plan administrator, noting SIHO’s Indiana-based service team being quick to respond to questions and resolve problems quickly. The Indiana Chamber joins the City of Fishers and a multitude of hospital systems who use SIHO as their insurance plan administrator.
The SIHO Summer Summit fosters collaboration and innovation in employer-sponsored healthcare. Through nationally recognized speakers, insightful panel discussions, and the participation of industry leaders, the event offered an opportunity to explore how integrated care models, local access, and flexible benefit solutions are reshaping the healthcare experience for Indiana businesses and their employees.
The summit also celebrates the opening of SIHO’s new Indianapolis office at 8180 Clearvista Pkwy., which will serve as the company’s new brick-and-mortar presence in the city and a hub for serving clients such as Community Health Network, the City of Fishers, and other employers across the region.
