Shirley Jean (Reynolds) Frazee, 81, Noblesville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Riverview Health. She was born on June 2, 1936 to A. Eugene and Martha (Dashiell) Reynolds in Noblesville.
Shirley married Howard West Frazee on March 11, 1955. She was a 1954 graduate of Noblesville High School, which was at that time located in the Boys and Girls Club on Connor Street. Shirley worked at the Nosler Bakery and also at the G.C. Murphy store. She was a homemaker for the greater part of her life. Shirley attended and was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville. She was a member of the Thrifty 39ers Home Ec Club for several years as the president. Shirley and Howard were members of the Do Si Do Squares Dance Club. She was an avid mushroom and arrowhead hunter.
Shirley is survived by her son, Rick (Val) Frazee of Lafayette; twin daughters, Rachelle June (Daris) Reynolds and Rhonda McDougall, both of Noblesville; and eight grandchildren, Natasha (Chad) Grafing, Jessica McDougall, Brandon (Jen) Frazee, Robby Frazee, Danielle (Spencer) Aalbregtse, Cassie (Ryan) Stepp, Brendan Reynolds and Katrina Reynolds. Shirley raised her great-granddaughter, Brianna McDougall, and is also survived by 15 other great-grandchildren; brother, Donald (Dorothy) Reynolds of Noblesville; two nephews, Kerry McFall and Keith Reynolds; two nieces, Tammy (Lou) Dekorsi and Linda (Buddy) Hazelwood; and two great-nephews, Roger and Robert Fouse.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Howard West Frazee, and her sister, Phyllis June McFall.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the funeral home, with Pastor Steve Walker officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
