A public meeting to provide a fiscal and building project update for Sheridan Community Schools (SCS) will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13 at the Sheridan High School Library.
Superintendent Dave Mundy and Corporation CFO Robin Popejoy will provide updates on district financial planning, current SCS projects, potential phase 2 and 3 building projects, U.S. Highway 31 corridor plans and work with the county, and planning for SCS growth.
Mundy explained that over the last several months a lot has been done in terms of projects, projections, and preparation for future growth/facilities, and he is eager to share that with the public.
“We want to be fully transparent in the work we are doing,” Mundy said. “We have a supportive and involved community, and I want to continue to do all I can to keep communication lines open.”
