Seven local students earn academic distinction at Franklin College

Franklin College has announced the president’s and dean’s lists for the spring 2024 semester.

Students named to the president’s list have achieved academic distinction by earning a perfect 4.0 grade-point average while completing a minimum of 12 credit hours during a regular semester. The following from Hamilton County students have been named to the president’s list:

  • Makenna Mundy, a senior from Noblesville
  • Isabella Neiling, a junior from Cicero
  • Kaylee Rhoton, a freshman from Cicero
  • Jillian Schlieper, a senior from Carmel

Students named to the dean’s list have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours during a regular semester, earning a grade-point average of at least 3.5 but less than 4.0. The following Hamilton County students have been named to the dean’s list:

  • Amber Dawson, a senior from Sheridan
  • Jonathan Hicks, a junior from Westfield
  • Payton Seay, a freshman from Noblesville
