Rotarians give back to Westfield

The Rotary Club of Westfield unveiled its bronze plaque commemorating Grand Junction Plaza at Thursday’s State of the City address. It reads, “In appreciation of those responsible for bringing Grand Junction Plaza to Westfield and its citizens.”
