Carmel residents Elysabeth and Annalyse Harrington, both managers at the Forest Park Aquatic Center in Noblesville, recently rescued a racoon from the pool dumpster. The Harringtons said this is a common occurrence and they normally place a ladder or board in the dumpster for the racoons to climb out. However, this racoon needed extra assistance.
