Rock the Block returning to Westfield High School

Westfield Washington Schools will bring Rock the Block back for the second year from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 4 at Westfield High School (WHS).

Last year, nearly 3,000 people attended the event with more than 100 local businesses, organizations, and clubs providing free games and prizes.

The goal of this community event is to start the school year off on a positive note. Last year, the Westfield community helped make this event so successful that it was named the Event of the Year by the Westfield Chamber of Commerce.

Event details

The goal is to fill the WHS soccer field with free games, activities, food, and fun that bring the community together to kick off the 2023-2024 school year.

This event will be open to the public. Games and activities will be free to play with prizes supplied by each booth. Prizes can be small swag, trinkets, or a piece of candy. Food will be available for purchase.

What is the cost to be a vendor?

For Westfield schools, athletics, and clubs, the cost is free. For local organizations and community partners, the price is $25. You’ll need to provide a tent. One six-foot table will be provided.
