Robert C. Rausch, 83, Noblesville, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023. He was born on August 14, 1940, to Walter and Elsie (Hagbloom) Rausch in Chicago, Ill.
For 42 years, Bob worked as a mechanical engineer at Kroger Dairy Company. He owned Rausch Real Estate and Rausch Heating & Cooling company in addition to other businesses. He was an amazing self-made mastermind who made the most of his resources wherever he went and with whatever he owned. Bob was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church and raised his family with Christian values. He enjoyed boating, spending time on the water, nature, and good food. Bob loved to travel and spent time in Florida with his wife and family in the winter. He was very family oriented and shared life experiences with his children. He always encouraged others to reach outside their comfort zone to grow and prosper. Bob was loved and will be greatly missed!
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sandra Rausch; son, William (Anne) Rausch; son, Douglas (Amber) Rausch; daughter, Michele (Rick) Laymance; grandchild, Lauren Rausch; grandchild, Rachael Rausch; and sister, Carole Hanna.
