Registration for the 2017 Hamilton County Junior Law Enforcement Academy is now open. The one-day camp on Friday, June 16 from 8:00AM to 5:30PM is available at no cost for Hamilton County children who attended preschool through senior in high school during the 2016/2017 school year.
The focus of this year’s camp is “Superheroes” with emphasis on courage, hope, physical fitness, self-control, wisdom, and healthy choices with drugs, alcohol, and tobacco.
Enrollment is available by contacting Phyllis at the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Chaplaincy Division, 317-776-4109 or phyllis.caudill@hamiltoncounty.in.gov. Cut-off for registration is June 1 or when all available spots are full. The camp fills quickly so early registration is suggested.
