Beginning at 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 20, the southbound Keystone Parkway ramp over U.S. 31 will be closed for a thin deck overlay through an INDOT contractor. Estimated project completion is at 6 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 23. The posted detour route will be southbound U.S. 31 to 146th Street to Lowe’s Way.
