January 11, 1939 – April 8, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patsy Irene Isanogle, who left us on April 8, 2025. Born on January 11, 1939, in Noblesville, Patsy lived a life marked by compassion, generosity, and an unwavering love for her family and community. A lifelong resident of Indiana, Patsy spent her final years in the warm and welcoming town of Pendleton, where she was cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Patsy was a beacon of support and stability, not just in her family, but also in her professional life. She served as the Indiana Financial Budget Manager for AT&T at the end of her illustrious career, leaving an indelible mark on the telecommunications industry.
Despite her demanding career, Patsy always found time to pursue her passions. An avid reader, she also loved quilting and sewing, often crafting beautiful outfits for her grandchildren or making Christmas ornaments to distribute at family gatherings. Her culinary skills were legendary, earning her awards at state fair cooking contests.
Patsy’s love for music started in childhood, where she took part in recitals that nurtured her passion over the years. As she grew older, she began playing piano for various church congregations, sharing her gift and touching hearts through her music. Patsy was raised in Omega Christian Church, where she found a wonderful church home. She often said, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” (1 Peter 4:10).
Patsy’s loving spirit is carried on by her children, Neil (Edwinna) Dent, Melanie Dent, Paul (Beth) Dent, Dawn Dent, and Ben (Stephani) Isanogle; grandchildren, Rebekah (Jason) Williams, Rachel Riefel, Richard Hawk (Kate Mills), Crystal (Steve) Ulery, Sandra (Kelly) Marsh, Renee (Ken) Harris, Rayetta (James) Corley, Joni Dent (Drew Boruff), Joshua (Amanda) Dent, Elizabeth Stone, Candy Stone, Anthony (Colleen) Dent, Chris (April) Dent, Breanne Hines (fiancé Kris), Wade Ellis, Wesley (Sarah) Ellis, Olivia Isanogle, and Reagan Isanogle; as well as 37 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Ann (Harrell) Morris and Joe (Linda) Eller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Lois Eller; her dear husband, Jan Isanogle; her beloved daughter, Lisa Isanogle, and Ed Riefel.
Our family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Fall Creek Retirement Village for the care they have provided us the last six years.
