Parlor Doughnuts will soon hold the grand opening of a new location in Fishers in early February, located at 13588 Bent Grass Lane, Unit 107. That’s near the intersection of State Road 37 and 135th Street. This marks the ninth Parlor Doughnuts location in Indiana.
Parlor Doughnuts is a popular doughnut and coffee shop founded in Evansville in 2019. The company got its start after founder Darrick Hayden spent years traveling the country with his son’s band, where finding the best doughnuts and coffee became the cure for late nights on the road. Today, Parlor proudly serves customers across the country at 35 shops in 12 states.
The new Fishers location will feature 24 flavors of the Famous Layered Doughnut. Vegan, keto-friendly and gluten-friendly options are available. In addition, the kitchen will serve artisanal breakfast items, including bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, breakfast tacos, and acai bowls. Patrons can also enjoy milkshakes crafted with any doughnut flavor and a full coffee bar with house-made brews and cold brews, specialty lattes and teas.
The location is proudly veteran-owned and operated by Marissa and Wesley Barnes, a husband-and-wife duo who own two additional Parlor Doughnuts locations in Indiana. Their Valparaiso location opened in 2022, and the Munster location opened in 2023.

Starting Friday, Feb. 9, Parlor Doughnuts Fishers will be open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
