The OneZone Chamber of Commerce’s January Luncheon sponsored by Price Vision Group will welcome Dr. Kuhelika De of Butler University. She will discuss the Economic Outlook for 2024 and will provide insight from both a national and local perspective.
De
Dr. De holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Delhi (India); a Master of Economics from the University of Manchester (U.K.); and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Georgia (U.S.). She is an applied macroeconomist, and her primary teaching and research interests include monetary economics, international finance, and time series econometrics.
Dr. De’s research contributions involve using large-scale macroeconomic data and structural time series econometric models to study contemporary and pressing macroeconomic issues in the U.S., as well as other developed and developing countries and suggest policies that can help improve economic performance.
