OneZone Chamber, Flagship Enterprise, Madison County Chamber partner for professional certification program

In an effort to make a regional impact on businesses, the OneZone Chamber, Flagship Enterprise Center, and Madison County Chamber have partnered to offer a Professional Certification Course on Personal and Business Brand Management.

Led by Dr. Ray Sylvester, this professional certificate program will help participants explore, develop, and establish a strong understanding of personal and business branding. The program’s core mission is to provide the insight needed to build and sustain purposeful value for both people and businesses.

The three-part program will take place from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on April 14, 21, and 28 at the Flagship Enterprise Center, 2705 Enterprise Drive, Anderson. Upon program completion, participants will earn a Professional Certificate in Personal and Corporate Brand Management from the Flagship Enterprise Center.

Sylvester is a professor of marketing and personal branding at Anderson University. He has led, taught, and presented business programs in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the United States. He co-wrote the first music business major program in Europe. He subsequently wrote a specific concentration of the major related to brand management, PR, and promotion.

Sylvester holds a Ph.D. in personal brand management. His research examined personal and corporate brand identity, value, and community. He has published in both the U.S. and the U.K. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. As a personal and corporate brand strategist, he has a substantial profile of experience, including work with fortune 100 companies, SMEs, entrepreneurs, c-suites, doctors, professional athletes, and chart-topping artists/musicians.
