One-woman protest

This person was seen marching up and down the street in front of the Noblesville Fire Department on 9th Street Monday afternoon. We have no idea how HIPAA can violate someone, but she felt strongly enough about it to make her own sandwich board and picket for a while. Sign-grammar aside, we applaud the conviction and defend the right of every American to engage in the peaceful protest of their choosing.
