Omer Neil Dawson, 27, Noblesville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on July 23, 1992 to Tracy and Tanya (Wiseman) Dawson in Tipton County.
Omer loved music and played guitar and drums and wrote songs. He played in the marching band and liked to “beat box.” Omer was a gold medalist swimmer in the Special Olympics where he was a unified partner and athlete. He had a huge heart and wanted to help those who couldn’t help themselves, especially those in need. Omer was involved in street ministry to the homeless. He was goofy and loved to make people laugh.
Omer is survived by his mother, Tanya (Roque) Wiseman; daughter, Robyn Reana; brother, Jonathon (Kirsten) Brown; sister, Desireé (Manny) Martinez; grandmothers, Roberta Reed and Marie Covey; many aunts and uncles; as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tracy Len Dawson; papa, George Wiseman; cousin, Neil Wiseman; grandpa, Junior “Omer” Dawson; and “Bonus,” Harold Reed.
A celebration of life with be held at a later date at Faith Community Church. Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes has been entrusted with Omer’s care.
