North-South Baseball All-Star series this weekend

Five Hamilton County players on the roster

Five Hamilton County baseball stars are among the 52 senior players that will compete in the 2026 Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association North/South All-Star Series this weekend.

The series takes place Friday through Sunday at Loeb Stadium in Lafayette.

Three local players will participate on the North team. Noblesville’s Beckett Doane and Westfield’s Corey Wilhelm are among the pitchers, while Noblesville’s Aiden Reynolds will play infield.

The other two county players will compete for the South team. Fishers’ Hayden Werner is one of the South’s pitchers, while Guerin Catholic’s Ian Taylor will be one of the outfielders.

The weekend begins with the All-Star banquet, which starts at 7 p.m. Friday at Lafayette Jefferson High School. Tickets for the banquet are sold out.

The baseball begins Saturday with a nine-inning doubleheader. The first game starts at noon with the second game beginning 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. On Sunday, the All-Stars will play a single wood bat nine-inning game, which also begins at noon.
