Noe & Carey Tolan named “Women of Influence” by IBJ

Two Westfield residents were honored Thursday morning by being named to the 2023 class of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Women of Influence. Wendy Noe (left) is Chief Executive Officer of Dove Recovery House for Women. Danielle Carey Tolan (right) is the elected Township Trustee for Westfield Washington Township. She has recently been named as Chief of Staff for Westfield Mayor-elect Scott Willis. According to the IBJ, “IBJ’s Women of Influence program recognizes women who have risen to the highest levels of business, the arts, and community and public service in central Indiana.”
