Noblesville wins at own invitational, comes back to beat Lawrence North on Tuesday

The Noblesville swim team triumphed at its own invitational last Saturday, sweeping both the girls and boys divisions.

The Millers boys dominated, winning every event on their way to scoring 642 points. Noblesville had double wins from Graham Kulp in the 200 and 50 freestyles, and Anthony Mathis in the individual medley and breaststroke.

In the girls meet, the Millers scored 558 points, comfortably ahead of runner-up Homestead’s 468. Haddie Vohs won the 100 free, and Noblesville placed first in all three relays.

Noblesville continued its winning ways on Tuesday by hosting Lawrence North in a dual meet.

The Millers girls won their competition 120-63, placing first in 11 of the 12 events. Noblesville’s boys got past the Wildcats 96-89, with five event wins.
