Noblesville varsity, JV cheerleaders take second at Bulldog Bash

The Noblesville cheerleading team competed at the Bulldog Bash at Clinton Central this past weekend. The Millers had teams place second in both the Varisty A and junior varsity divisions.
In Varsity A, Noblesville scored 257.1 points, behind only Lake Central’s 259.8 points. Avon was third with 237.6 and Whiteland finished fourth with 226.9. Meanwhile, the Millers’ junior varsity team scored 243.6 points, again placing behind Lake Central, who won with 248.2 points. Fishers finished third in the JV competition with 211.9 and Avon was fourth with 200.8.
Noblesville will now prepare for the state competition. The junior varsity state meet takes place this Saturday at Warren Central; the Millers will compete at 5:24 p.m. The varsity will participate in the state preliminaries Saturday, Nov. 2 at Greenfield-Central.
