Wednesday night, Officers Brooks and Lohrey of the Noblesville Police Department (NPD) presented to the Spring Citizens Academy on topics related to narcotics investigations and performed a police K9 demonstration. Thank you to the members of the 2022 Spring Citizens Academy who spent their evening learning more about NPD’s K9 program.
