Noblesville PD investigating suspicious billing allegations

The Noblesville Police Department (NPD) is conducting an investigation regarding allegations of suspicious billing.

NPD seeks assistance from local and statewide homeowners’ associations that have done business with Ardsley Management and Resource Management since 2020.
